The commission also recommended approval for two more noncontroversial permit applications at the Feb. 21 meeting and tabled a special-exception permit for an efficiency apartment Elizabeth Lee wants to build for herself on Main Street in Sperryville.
Lee wants to create the apartment in an existing shed behind a two-story building she owns in the village’s downtown. She said she has no plans to change the size or shape of the shed.
