As citizens and friends of the Commonwealth of Virginia, as electric power ratepayers, as land owners and residents of Rappahannock County, we reject Dominion’s Loudoun line transmission proposal as a vision for our land, our homes and neighborhoods, and for America’s air and energy policy.

We will not choose one ill-conceived route over another. The alternatives presented by Dominion are not alternatives at all in that they fail to examine the full range of solutions. These
