a year or two before these adoring words of admiration by our five and eight year old grandsons will be replaced by much more realistic assessments of my mediocre skills in pitching and jumping! When they are so far away and the visits so few and far between, we try to savor every moment and keep the boys busy with hitting balls, roller skating, jumping on the trampoline, watching them race on scooters, and one agonizing visit to Chuckee Cheese! You have not had a column the last few weeks because Ray and I were in LaConner, Washington, with our grandsons.. .trying to keep up with them!
