Temporary, part-time position with Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services. Management of information systems related to client incidents, complaints and mandated staff training. Assist in investigation, analysis, documentation and resolution of consumer human rights complaints, in addition to assisting with quality assurance activities for the Department. Providing quarterly reports to management. General knowledge of principles and practices of mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse care: proficiency in Microsoft Word. Access, Excel and database software; ability to organize information and communicate effectively. Bachelor's degree in education, social work, organizational management or related field plus two years of directly related experience. Master's degree preferred. Criminal'background check, TB test, driving record check and a valid driver's license.
