Age: 17 Parents: Steve and Linda Torrence The Rappahannock County - Public Schools Athletic Department and the Rappahannock News is proud to present Jordan Torrence as the “Athlete of the Month” for the month of April. Throughout the month of April, Torrence demonstrated hard work as a center midfielder exhibiting strength and determination on the soccer field. “When he played well, the team played well,” said Head Varsity Coach Shay Bell, noting that some of the team’s best away games in Millbrook, Clark County and Strausburg we due to his excellent work with the team. “He worked both sides of the ball, defense and attack.” Bed added.
