Intoxicated driver Timothy K. Hume, 46, of Louisa, Va. was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of alcohol after a customer at the Q-mart on U.S. 211 reported that he was visibly intoxicated.
Hume nearly crossed into Culpeper County, but Deputy Angela Deavers was able to stop and arrest him before he left Rappahannock County.
