Position with Zoning Division. Respond to complaints regarding Occupancy Limitations in accordance with provisions of the Uniform Statewide Building Code and alleged violations against Loudoun County Zoning Ordinance. Perform an investigation to recommend resolution. Ability to work independently and flexibility to conduct inspections during non-traditional business hours. Ability to deal with difficult people as well as effectively communicate with public and staff are essential requirements of position. Excellent organizational skills and effectively manage case file information in preparation for necessary court action. Investigative work may involve exposure to inclement weather conditions, unsafe structures and difficult people. Ability to effectively communicate (read, write and speak) in Spanish.
