PUBLIC HEARING ANNOUNCEMENT
The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board and the Area Agencyon Aging (RRCSB-AAA) serves Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock Counties. In its Area Plan the RRCSB-AAA provides services paid for by the Older Americans Act. These services include: Congregate Meals, Home Delivered Meals, Homemaker Services, Elder Abuse Prevention, Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, Legal Services, Transportation Services. Volunteer Services, Information and Assistance Services, Public Information and Education, and Emergency Services.
Any qualified vendor interested in submitting a proposal on the provision of any of the above services should contact the Executive Director, RRCSB-AAA, PO. Box 1568, Culpeper, VA 22701, in writing by July 31, 2007 asking to be placed on the bidders list for the specific sen/ice in which interest is indicated. The RRCSB-AAA invites interested parties to a Public Hearing scheduled for June 26, 2007 at 11:30 a m. at its main offices at 15361 Bradford Road in Culpeper. During this time general information about its Area Plan for Aging Services and services provided under its Performance. Contract with the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services will be presented.

RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA
Pursuant td Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County. Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 2, 2007 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SE 07-05-01 Gregory T. Williams, dba Williams Tree Service LLC, desires a Special Exception permit to operate a contractor's office/shop/ yard on his property located at 309 Ben Venue Road, Flint Hill. The property is known as Tax Map 22, Parcel 6, in Wakefield District, and is zoned A -Agricuttural. Mr. Williams has proffered restrictions to his application. Use allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36E of the Rappahannock County Code.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday. 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at 7:30PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
