Rappahannock County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Robert Chappell noted that under Mello’s leadership the school has been fully accredited for four consecutive years and has built an excellent partnership between the schools and the community. Chappell cited the High School’s Geo-spatial Tfechnologies team, the EMT program and the Rapp-fitness Center as examples of Mello’s leadership.
