Playing for Eagles #824 out of Winchester, local resident Chris Foster (right) and his playing partner Wayne Sturtz captured the Virginia State Horseshoe Championship. They are the first duo for Eagles #824 to win a state title in 13 years. Foster and Sturtz will return to action July 7-8 when they compete for the Class “A” National Championship in Winchester.
