All Forms W-2 should be submitted with Form W-3 (Transmittal of Income and Tax Statements).
The forms are available from local Internal Revenue Service offices or from private printers.
The deadline for submitting the forms is February 28, 1979.
Detailed instructions for completing the forms art. given in the December 1977 Circular E (Supplement), Employer’s Tax Guide. Employers who don’t have a copy of Circular E can get one from the nearest Internal Revenue office, Hundley said.
