A unique weekend of poetry and music will be held at the Nethers Center for Poets and Chamber Music Musicians in VVoodville on February 16, 17 and 18.
The weekend program will feature readings by two wellknown Washington, D. C. poets, Ann Darr and Merrill Leffler with musical performances by the Bennington Chamber Ensemble.
Ann Darr, from Bagley, Ohio, was a test pilot in World War II. She has written and performed radio scripts on NBC and ABC and is the winner of several national poetry awards. Her book, CLEARED FOR LANDING, was recently published by Dryad Press.
