NOTICE
In accordance with Section 15.1 431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting at 10:00 a.m. in the Courthouse, Washington, Virginia, on February 1, 1979 to approve the application and plans submitted by Charles L. Goode for rezoning and subdividing 77.4408 acres in Wakefield District known as Mountain Slope Subdivision located on the West side of Route 522 about '/z mile North of Flint Hill, Virginia. The plan as submitted calls for the division of this property into thirteen 5-acre lots and one 7.7 acre lot. The drainfield blan has been approved by the Rappahannock County Health Department and the road plan has been approved by D. R. Askew, Highway Engineer.
