League attorney Allen Olson reported on Tuesday that he planned to meet with members of the Rappahannock chapter in the coming week. “We’re going/ to sit down and look at the situation and decide whether we want to pursue any of the issues further,” Olson said “For now, I’ve been directed to do nothing.”

Olson interpreted Penn's oral opinion to hold that the Ski Corporation could pursue the issues raised in its motion to intervene if the Corporation changed its status to plaintiff against the Supervisors. He added that the judge's decision did not prevent anv of the members of the Izaak Walton League from tiling as individual landowners aggrieved by the county’s actions.
