Curtis Nichols spoke to the group and told about his trip to Finland on the Student Exchange Program. Mr. Futrell, our guidance counselor, Mr. Mank and Col. Ingle from the Lions Gub spoke to the students at this meeting. Students wanting to be an exchange student are to fill out applications which will be checked by Mr. Futrell, and then forwarded to the Lion’s Gub.
Exams were taken Friday, Monday and Tuesday. These were our mid-term exams. They covered all the information we’ve been taught since the beginning of this school year. Report cards will be given out Friday, January 26th.
4-H Livestock
All teenagers, youngsters and adults interested in being part of a 4-H livestock program are reminded to be at the court house on Thursday, January 18, at 7 p.m. for a livestock club meeting.
