Seventh District Congresman J. Kenneth Robinson was among Members of the House of Representatives ranking highest during 1978 in support of the conservative coalition of Republicans and southern Democrats allied in the Congress against the positions of northern Democrats, according to Congressional Quarterly.
The Washington-based publication reported that Robinson scored 95 per cent among Republicans in voting for the position of the .conservative GOP-southem Democrat alliance in the House, based oh 164 votes. His score in support of conservative coalition positions for the entire 95th Congress (1977-1978) was % per cent, based on 320 votes.
