Mrs. Ada Pearl North, 83, of Chester Gap died Saturday, May 12, 1979 in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.
A funeral service was held Monday at the Chester Gap Baptist Mission conducted by Minister Taylor Wood and the Rev. William Alford. Burial was in the Williams Cemetery, Chester Gap.
Mrs. North was born Sept. 9, 1895 in Rappahannock County, daughter of the late John and Kate Williams Mahoney. She was the widow of Samuel Eastham North.
Surviving are two sons, Samuel R, North of Front Royal and Stewart G. North of Marshall; four daughters,

Willie McCoy Williams of Washington died May 13, 1979 at Petersburg General Hospital. He was a deacon in Mt. Salem Church.
A funeral service will be held today, Thursday, at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, Washington conducted by the Rev. Wendell Grant. Burial will be in Mt. Salem Cemetery.
He is survived by two sisters, Miss Mary V. Williams of Washington and Mrs. Edward Webb, Sr. of Emporia.
