For local tennis buffs, the Rappahannock Recreation Authority is sponsoring the first annual Rappahannock Tennis Championship with the finals to be played June 30 on the court at the home of Dr. an<L Mrs. Werner Krebser at Huntly. Rain date is July 1.
Categories will include men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles and junior singles (14 and under). The entry fee is SI per person for each category entered and the deadline for registration is May 22 at 6 p.m. For registration and information on court availability call 6753391, 675-3670, 937-5144 or 635-2416.
