Ten New Classrooms
Luke replied that the school board had recommended ten new classrooms at RCHS with expanded library, cafeteria, bathroom, storage and office space, eliminating only the horticulture classroom and greenhouse from plans drawn by the architectural firm of Davis and McClintock. As a second alternative, the board endorsed construction of four classrooms with expanded library, bathroom and storage facilities.
