William Francis Moffett, Jr
In May of 1981, friends and associates of Judge William Moffett gathered to hold a memorial service for him in the Rappahannock Courthouse. Most of those present had known him all his life, and they fondly recalled anecdotes, both about his youth and about his practice of law.
