Go to Ice House Fabrics & Things and get five yards of quilting fabric. (It has batting and backing all in one piece. It will be 45 inches wide and will need to be attached in two panels.)
On any regular sewing machine, the quilting fabric can be sewed along the sides, top, and half of the bottom of the wrong side of the quilt top. Turn it all inside out. Then slip stitch the rest of the bottom edtre.
