Ladies To Meet
The Sperrvville Ladies Auxiliary will me?t on Tuesday. November 1, at 7 p.m. at the fire hall.
All members are urged to be present so plans can be finalized for the upcoming turkey dinner to be held on November 5. at the fire hall. Members are also reminded that all money from ticket sales must be turned in at the November 1 meeting.

Achievement Night
The Rappahannock County Extension Clubs will hold their annual achievement night on Tuesday, November 1 at 7:30 p.m. at the Flint Hill fire hall.
Fhe Singing Word from the Amissville United Methodist Church will be special guests.
Awards will be given for homemaker of the year and also for club of the year. Each club will present an educational exhibit.

Baptist Women To Observe
World Day Of Prayer
On November 7, at 7:30 p.m., at the Amissville Baptist Church members of Woman’s Missionary Union of Sue Slaughter (Iroup churches will observe Baptist Women’s World Day of Prayer. The speaker will be Dr. Archie (ioldie, Associate Secretary of the Division of Baptist World Aid and the North American Baptist Fellowship. Members of Sue Slaughter Croup churches, their pastors and friends are invited to attend.
Benefit Dinner And Show
The Piedmont Technical Education Center chapter of the Home Economics Related Occupations club is sponsoring a dinner and show on Friday, November IS, to benefit the local chapter of The National Foundation - March of Dimes.
The menu will consist of turkey with dressing and gravy and ham, green beans, candied yams, cranberry sauce, a salad bar, hot rolls, desserts and beverages.
The show will offer modeling, singing, dancing and gymnastics.
The dinner and show will begin at ti p.m. in the cafeteria at Piedmont, located on Route 15, south of Culpeper. Tickets are $4 in advance and $5 at the door. To order advance tickets, call the school weekdays between, 8:30-3:30, at 825-0476.
