The Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia has rescheduled its regular monthly meeting for the fourth Wednesday of every month at 9:00 a m to provide adequate time for publication of the notice required by Section 15.1-431 of the code of Virginia, applications for Special Use Permits or variances must be filed in the Zoning Office by the first Tuesday of each month All required information must be submitted before any application will be deemed filed and advertised for public (rearing All applications w/ll be referred to the Planning Commission at their regular meeting on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. as required by section 15.1-496 of the code of Virginia
The next regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals will be on November 23, 1983. Application deadline will be Tuesday, November 1,1983
