Our organization can grow only with the help of many. Animals not being properly cared for will be helped only when the many who do care for their animals insist upon humane treatment by everyone. We invited and urged this kennel owner and his granddaughter to join RHS. We need their long experience.
Just as the consumption of animals or their use in laboratory experiments are subjects of growing controversy, so also the sport of foxhunting has its critics who find the sport abhorrent. The RHS is an umbrella under which both foxhunter and critic can meet and are welcome.
