The Rappahannock Electric Cooperative has scheduled its annual membership meeting for Aug. 24 at Spotsylvania High School.
The co-op members will elect four members to the board of directors.
The operations of the year will be reviewed and future plans will be discussed.
The meeting begins at 11:30 a.m. with registration and the business session starts at 1 p.m.
