Amissville Methodist
A Maundy Thursday service will be held at Amissville United Methodist Church on March 27 at 7:30 p.m. Good Friday services will begin at 7:30 and an Easter egg hunt will be held at the church on Saturday at 2 p.m. Sunrise Services at Chester Gap
Easter sunrise services will be held at Chester Gap Baptist Church on March 30 at 6 a.m. Breakfast will be served after the service. Other services for that day include: Sunday School at 10 a.m., worship service at 11 a.m. and evening service at 6:30.
Trinity Episcopal
A service of Holy Eucharist and Agape will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church on Maundy Thursday at 7:30 p.m. On Good Friday there will be a prayer service beginning at noon. In the evening at 7:30 a joint meeting with the Washington Baptist Church will be held at Washington Church, focusing on the Stations of the Cross.
On Sunday morning at 5:45 at the home of Col. and Mrs. N. A. Parson on Jenkins Mountain, a Sunrise Eucharist will be held. Holy Eucharist will also be held at 8 and 11 a.m. with Sunday School at 9:45 a.m.
For the youngsters an Easter egg hunt will be held following the morning service.
