ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of a tract of land of which William Raymond Hitt, died siezed and possessed of, located in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land being described by plat and survey of James G. Butler, Jr., C.L.S., dated June 1, 1978 recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 86, amongst the land records of the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as is more fuHy recited in the Bill of Cbmplaint filedherein.

An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Complaint having stated that the number of defendants herein upon whom process has been served exceeds ten (10) and that such defendants represent like interests with the parties not served with process; that there are parties to be served herein who are non-resident individuals, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill of Complaint has made said parties defendant by the general description, PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is therefore
