Retired Senior Volunteers will be making Senior Discount Identification Cards on Tuesday, Dec. 1, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Center, 401 S. Main Street in Culpeper. Anyone over the age of $0 living in Planning District Nine is eligible for the card which can be used to obtain discounts at more than l60 local businesses and services. A contribution of $2 is asked to help covin* costs of materials. For further information, call 825-4242.
