Another law which became effective this year is a change in the fnethods which may be used to post property. Although the traditional Use of cardboard or metal “Posted” or “No Hunting” signs is still legal, the General Assembly this year approved another method.
Now, property boundaries najtrked with a blaze of aluminum, Silver-colored paint, at least two inches wide by eight inches long, will be considered to have been posted “No Trespassing.” The blazes should bp put between three and six feet from the ground or water surface, and be visible to any person approaching the property boundary.
