The annual county-wide Thanksgiving service will be held at the Flint Hill United Methodist Church on Thursday, Nov. 26, at 10 a.m.

Carson Lillard returned to his home last week from Winchester Medical Center, and is reported to be improving. Visiting the Lillards Sunday were their grandchildren, Mrs. Debra Moates and children and Mrs. Diane Dellinger and children of Reliance.

Mr. and Mrs. Odie Herndon and boys of Manassas spent Sunday with Mrs. Herndon’s parents Mr. and Mrs. Bunny Hudson and Kathy.

Visiting Mrs. Ethel Lillard Saturday were Ronnie Lillard of Warrenton, Mrs. Bonnie Cameron and girls, Carrie and Kayla of Front Royal, Millie James and Ada Grimsley. George Grimsley was a guest Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hickerson visited Mrs. Martha Jenkins at Etlan Saturday and with her visited Mrs. Rebecca Tucker at Madison.
