Judicial Sale of Real Property
On 23 December 1987 proceedings will be commenced under the authority of Section 58.1-3965 et seq. of the Code of Virginia to sell the following parcels of real estate for payment of delinquent taxes:
!• Hobart B. Mason property: 3.64 acres Hawthorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on Northeast side of Rt. 601 near Peola Mills. See Tax Map 54 parcel 10A. Property acquired by Robert B. Mason by deed dated 21 June 1977 from Keith Dalton Currie recorded in Deed Book 124 page 494.
2. W. Janette Robinson and Elizabeth T. Robinson property: Lot 2, Block 3, Section D - Plat 4 - Blue Ridge Mountain Estates, Chester Gap, Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia. See Tax Map IB - 13 -2. Property acquired by W. Janette Robinson and Elizabeth T. Robinson by deed dated 8 August 1960 from Allen C. Byers et ux recorded in Deed Book 73 page 275.
The owner of said property may redeem it at any time before the date of sale by paying all accumulated taxes, penalties, interest and costs thereon, including the pro rata cost of publications.
