Mr. and Mrs. William D. Bywaters Sr. announce the engagement of their daughter Cynthia Marie Bywaters to Gregory Michael Sanders of Columbia, Md.
Miss Bywaters is a native of Rappahannock County. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 1985 and is employed by Student Loan Marketing Association in Herndon.
Mr. Sanders is the son of Gerald Sanders of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Dorothy Sanders of Columbia, Md. He is employed by Canteen Corporation of America and is working a contract for First American Data Services in Reston.
An April 9 wedding is planned.
