To assemble: '
1. Using a large plate or platter, spread the bean dip over the entire portion.
2. Spread the avocado dip over the bean dip, starting approximately a half to 1 inch inside the bean dip. (If avocados are not available, this layer may be omitted without affecting the overall dip.)
3. Spread the taco sour cream dip over the avocado dip, again coming in half to 1 inch inside the avocado dip. This is for eye appeal.
4. Cover the top of the taco sour' cream dip with sliced ripe olives followed by layers each of chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes, and chopped lettuce.
5. Cover top with grated cheese.
Salsa or taco sauce may be available as a side dish for those who prefer to add this flavor.
Serve with tortilla chips.
