If the route does not serve as a major link ' to the roadway network the decision ; to pave is strictly a local decision of the general public, the landowners, and our Board of Supervisors. So it’s up to us if we are concerned about preserving our dirt roads. Public hearings for updating the six-year plan will be held early this year. We, are all invited. >
