ABC board’s operations, including $7 million which was distributed directly to the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services for the treatment and rehabilitation of alcoholics.

ABC Chairman J. David Shobe Jr. se'd that the $36.1 million in profits w he second largest in the department's nistory. The figure was topped only by profits of $36.3 million in 1986.
