Business Manager The Virginia Propulsion Division of Atlantic Research Corporation, a major force in the research, development and manufacturing of rocket motors, has an immediate opening for a Business Manager at its modem facilities located in Gainesville, Virginia (an outlying suburb of the exciting capital city of Waahington, DC). The successful candidate will Assist in the business aspects of tactical rocket development including Proposal Cost Structuring, Analysis of Work Breakdown Structures using CSCS/C, rate curves and forward pricing methodologies. Additionally, they will perform comprehensive formal proposal justification and backup documentation as well as representing the Company with DCAA and customers. This position offers excellent exposure in negotiating programs externally with customers and administering programs internally with work center managers. Managing and performing internal business reporting and projections including revenues and profitability are major responsibilities. Requires a BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience in DOD program control/accounting.
