Survivors include two sons, George Jenkins and Charlie Jenkins, both of Culpeper, two daughters, Ruby Wharton of Brandy Station and Mary Lee Smith of Boston, three sisters, Mrs. Early Sisk of Sperryville, Mrs. Vincent Painter and Mrs. Laura Coates, both of Culpeper, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was conducted Jan. 21 at Fairview Cemetery by the Rev. Dallas Beall.

Creed Dennis

Creed McKinley Dennis, 87, of Culpeper, died Jan. 19 at the Culpeper Health Care Center. He was a retired self-employed carpenter.
