Two Rappahannock County students have been elected to posts in Piedmont Technical Education Center's Vocational and Industrial Clubs of America (VICA) chapter.
Kerrie Pederson, a junior at RCHS, was elected secretary of the morning VICA chapter. Bryan Craft, also an RCHS junior, was chosen as club advisor for the VICA chapter representing the school’s afternoon students.
