Drain and reserve the liquid from the chicken breasts and keep them warm. Add enough chicken broth to the liquid to equal 2 cups. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir in the flour to form a smooth paste. Pour in the chicken broth, a little at a time, stirring well after each addition to prevent lumps fj-om forming.
