The Board of Directors of the Rappahannock National Bank has announced the elections of Joseph B. Keesee and Mary L. Payne to the posts of Executive Vice-President.
Mrs. Payne will also continue her duties as Cashier.
Mr. Keesee will assume his duties on May 1. He brings to Rappahannock National 17 years experience with Central Fidelity Bank and its predecessors, Fidelity American Bank and Culpeper National Bank.
