Others provide secretarial help to non-profit agencies, work with school programs and at the Rappahannock Historical Society. These and other RSVP volunteers throughout the five-county planning district were honored this week (National Volunteer Week) with a special luncheon in Culpeper. The local Community Services Center there is the sponsor for the volunteer program. RSVPs feasted, listeneu to live gospel music and released hundreds of hot-air balloons, joining thousands of other senior volunteers throughout the nation in celebrating a full life of service to their neighbors.
