As explained by Superintendent David Gangel, Governor Raliles Oomtnissioned a committee to look into the state of the Commonwealth’s educational programs more than a year ago. The committee’s report resulted in the Governor’s Educational Technology Intiative and prompted the legislature to appro* priate funds for this program to bring high technology into the schools.
