Radon is a radioactive gas that is invisible and odorless. Radon exists in the air we breathe. It is expelled by soil, water and various building materials and becomes a health hazard when it accumulates inside buildings and homes.
Radon can cause lung cancer if it exists in a home or building. Radon gets into buildings and homes by leakage through cracks, drains and other openings.
