Holiday greenery workshops

The Friends of Blandv are once again going to help everyone get in the spirit of the upcoming season with Holiday Greenery Workshops at Blandy Experimental Farm on Rt. 50 in Clarke Coutny. The workshops will be held between Nov. 29 and Dec. 12 in half-day and all day sessions. A special herbal holiday wreath class is set for Dec. 9. Participants must register bv Nov. 23. Gift basket workshop at Middle St.

A gift basket workshop will be held at Middle Street Gallery on Tuesdays, Nov. 15 and 22 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. The two session class will be devoted to weaving small holiday gift baskets. Basic basketry techniques will be presented using vines and wreaths. Fee is $45 and includes all materials. Pre-registration is required.
