NOTICE TO MEMBERS
OF SPECIAL
MEETING OF
CORPORATION
The undersigned, being the President, the Chief and the Secretary, of the Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., hereby call a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors and members of the Corporation, to be held at the Sperryville Fire Hall, Sperryville. Virginia, at 7:30 PM on June 30. 1989.
The purposes of said meeting are:
1. To amend and restate the Articles of Incorporation of the Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department. The amendment deletes the entire Articles of Incorporation and substitutes in lieu thereof new Articles of Incorporation complying with the current provisions of the Virginia Non-Stock Corporation Act The restatement restates the Articles of Incorporation as amended
To adopt a new set of by-laws for the corporation
The above actions require member approval
2. Ratification of a loan from Farmers Home Administration and prior acts of the Board of Directors and membership of the Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department. Inc
