Old Town Warrenton will be transformed into an exotic Caribbean island of pulsating music, fun and prizes on Saturday, July 29, when “Tropical Madness” permeates the streets, shops, residents, and merchants here.
From noon until 9 p.m., the combined efforts and enthusiasm of The Partnership for Warrenton, the Old Town Association and Bluemont Concert Series will unite to produce this special, w'arm-weather event for children and adults alike, according to Michael Welton, a spokesman for the event.
