Investigator Kennedy declined to provide additional details about the crime. "As an active case still under investigation, we’ve got to be very careful about what we release,” he explained.
He said that the murder has been made eligible for the Crimesolvers program, which entitles anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and indictment of the perpetrator to a $1,000 reward.
