Mark Aaron Posey, 26, of Washington, faces charges of reckless driving, failure to stop for a police officer, driving while suspended, driving without insurance and operating a vehicle without a valid state inspection.
Sgt. Adams said that his investigation found that Trooper Knick was “operating his vehicle in accordance with Virginia State Police guidelines for emergency pursuits using blue lights and siren,” and he faces no charges in the incident. His patrol car was a total loss, the sergeant said.
Two hurt, DUI charged
An accident Sunday night on Route 622 in Gid Brown Hollow left two local men injured.
