Robert Gale Titchenell, 1974

graduate of Rappahannock County High School, has begun the fall term at Salem College, W.'Va. Titchenell, who ranked fourth in his graduating class, was awarded an academic scholarship by the private college to major in Human Relations.

Attorney General Andrew P. Miller and Judge Rayner V. Snead have been elected to the board of directors of the American Judicature Society.
