Satiny melon-lime soup
3 cups seeded, peeled, cubed cantaloupe, honeydew or watermelon, chilled
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
1 (8-ounce) carton dairy sour cream
Lime peel curls (optional)
Combine melon cubes, honey and lime peel in container of electric blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Add sour cream; blend until smooth. Garnish each serving with lime peel curls, if desired.
